My first test for this book was to see if the author had actually bore a child.  Check.  Okay, I'm listening.  For, my dear girlfriends, you may never see your beloved abs again after childbirth, unless you work hard, and find some gems like this book.  Colleen Moriarty first off understands that, yes, it does take 256 pages and lots of willpower to have abs that look like those above.  But she covers all the bases, from what to eat, how to exercise, and what to wear.  Three cheers!
